The UK electronic festival circuit looks set to be a crowded playground this summer, what with the advent of We Are Festvl and the recent announcement that Creamfields will be treating itself to a £500k makeover. That said, the talk of the town is indubitably the latest venture from Eastern Electrics: a full-blown, 3 day extravaganza taking place at the iconic Knebworth Park. After several successful years promoting sell-out shows to the London public, EE decided to take things up a notch last year, throwing what turned out to be one of the best day-festivals in recent times.
Spread across the weekend of the 2nd-4th August, Eastern Electrics 2013 will play host to just about every credible name in contemporary underground dance music. Just Jack, Futureboogie, Black Atlantic, Crosstown Rebels, Elrow, Junk Department, krankbrother, Krush, LWE Present: CLR, mulletover and Secretsundaze will all play their part in hosting talent from across the globe, from Levon Vincent, Seth Troxler and Theo Parrish to Sasha, Dave Clarke and Masters At Work. With over 100 acts contributing to 42 hours of music across 3 days and 2 nights, there simply isn’t anything else on the market quite like it.
In anticipation of the impending summer celebrations, MEOKO have teamed up with Eastern Electrics to offer one incredibly lucky winner the chance to get their hands on a goodie-bag bursting at the seams with dance music treats.
The winner will receive:
• 1 x Pair of VIP tickets to Eastern Electrics Festival 2013
• CLR hamper including: Monoloc ‘Drift’ album [CD], Autographed Tommy Four Seven ‘Primate’ album [CD] & CLR stickers,
• Blawan – His, He, She and She [Vinyl]• Mulletover T-shirt
