Soundscapes is heading to a new island for a whole new paradise experience. Taking us to Zanzibar for four days of electronic music against a tropical backdrop. From February 16 – 19, you will be immersed in rich island culture, breathtaking nature, and a community of creatives. This will be the very first time Soundscape will host a party on the east coast so it’s surely one not to miss. Tropical nature, African culture, and world-renowned DJ’s, what more could you ask for? You’ll be seeing us on the dance floor!
Zanzibar in Tanzania has been paving their way as the place to be in recent years for house and techno lovers. Just off the east coast, the clear blue waters and spectacular sunsets set the scene for our favourite DJ’s to take centre stage.
Just as everyone wants to attend the festival, DJ’s want to play. With a view like that, it wasn’t hard to convince them. Soundscape is known for its well thought out and intricately curated lineups and this one doesn’t disappoint. The music curation consists of Praslesh, SIT, Andrey Pushkarev and more.
Noctuary residents Daylomar, Tamer and Hameed will be kicking off day one with each bringing their own unique twist to the decks. Creative forces that have played dance floors all around the globe. The first night will also see fan favourite, Praslesh, bringing the Romanian minimal to the sandy African beaches. And that just wraps day one!
Behrouz will take us through a journey of different genres from deep house to techno. Always keeping us on our toes for what’s to come. SIT, made up of SIT, made up of Cristi Cons and Vlad Caia are a duo that continues to reach new heights with each party they throw. If these big names haven’t already convinced you, more music will come from Andrey Pushkarev, Baloo, Britta Arnold, Biirdperson, Gazi, Map.ache, Nezar, O Squared, Somalie, Usif, Zone +, and YokoO. An extensive list of talent all on one island ready to dance, party, and share some amazing music.
The first release of tickets are already sold out but 2nd release are yet to be released so keep your eyes peeled. As people all around the world flock to the island, the dance floor is a melding pot of culture and the community spirit is high. Join us in Zanzibar for a weekend you won’t forget!
