Good news or bad? On the one hand, London party boys Spilt Milk are regretfully having to tie-up yet another successful season of events, their third in the business. The good news however, is that they’re entitled to one last throw of the dice before the candles officially go out for 2012. Oh, and Rekids boss Matt Edwards, AKA Radio Slave, has very kindly agreed to lend a helping hand. To be held at new-found home The Diary in Central London, the all day, 11 hour event will also feature Spilt Milk resident and Leftroom affiliate Marc Ashken, alongside resident dj and founder Tred Benedict.
Providing the backbone for the marathon outdoor affair will be Spilt Milk’s indefatigably trustworthy Funktion 1 system, which has helped set the tone for a summer of showstopping parties. Independent events, alongside collaborations with Louche and mumu, have seen the likes of Lauhaus, Sammy Dee, Zip and Margaret Dygas doing their thing for Spilt Milk in the capital, recalling a plethora of mind-bending performances. With a series of very special guests still yet to be announced (the only clue is that they’re from Berlin; you’ll have to wait for the day of the party to find out), Sunday is shaping up to be one hell of a final blowout.
To win x2 tickets for you and a mate, simply email ‘firstname.lastname@example.org’ with ‘I want to milk it’ as the subject heading.
