The time has come to celebrate, with old, new and recurring faces who have watched Stop Thinking grow since their first party in 2017. Their latest announcement, set for 16th April and to be held at Flashback nightclub in Budapest, is also in collaboration with us here at Meoko. This is an overnight party, beginning at 10pm and carry on until 11am the next day (17th).
Stop Thinking began their journey 5 years ago, at the well- known Corvin Club and have hosted a string of successful and memorable events along the way, and are still full of surprises for the near future and are still full of surprises for the near future, but here is one for now, bringing people the devils of Sunrise Arapu, Gescu, Priku and Mihigh.
Some of their previous nights have included music and appearances from Olga Korol, Sepp, Nu Zau, Petre Inspirescu, Bryz and Raresh, so as you can see this night will be no different in terms of talent and excitement!
The line- up for their 5th birthday is perfectly curated with sought after artists who know how to entertain a crowd, and to try out something new. The first of these being Arapu– certified treasure. The Liniar label owner has been around since 2011, showing off his straight forward but signature style that so many are familiar with. Him, combined with Sunrise long timer Gescu, who has evolved into a staple part of the Romanian electronic scene, make a superb blend, fusing their skills and taste in tracks into one formidable b2b. They are no stranger to playing together, doing frequent b2bs at festivals and events all over Europe and beyond.
Mihigh, known for putting his own unique mark of hypnotic sounds into his performances and promoting passion and art equally, will also show the crowd why he is a worthy earner of a place on Stop Thinking’s birthday party. Joining them is no other than Priku, Atipic label owner and all-around legend, whether for his memorable sets of personal productions and collaborations. The beloved Romanian resident Vayna will also be adding his unique sounds to the night.
Tickets are available on Stop Thinking Facebook page, be sure to grip one and contribute your presence to what we will be a night for the memory books.
